Job Summary: The Delivery Manager leads the end-to-end marketing process for delivering Code.org's creative assets to the marketplace. This role focuses on scheduling, trafficking, and deploying creative content across various digital platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage creative asset trafficking for timely and accurate media placements.
- Coordinate with media buying teams and external partners.
- Communicate technical specifications for accurate asset formatting and optimization.
- Collaborate with media and creative teams to understand campaign requirements and timelines.
- Optimize the creative delivery process by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Support the Integrated Marketing Director on marketing initiatives and project workflows.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in creative delivery, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital media, trafficking, and creative specifications.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- (Preferred) Experience in the nonprofit or education sector.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with integrated marketing strategies and multi-market campaigns.
- (Preferred) Cross-team collaboration experience.
Additional Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Located in the United States
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willing to travel a minimum of two times per year for team events
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $68,400 - $76,000 (most offers are on the lower end)
