Full-Time Delivery Manager

We are a high-growth InsurTech start-up using data and machine learning to revolutionize the insurance industry. You will join a strong and mission-driven team to build a customer-facing product. This product fundamentally changes how insurers evaluate risk, enabling them to move from manual to digital risk flows. Cytora's Risk Stream is a serverless and cloud native SaaS platform.

Role: You're part of the Customer Success Team, reporting to the Head of Delivery. You'll use your stakeholder management experience to support customer engagement and growth. Predominantly, you'll leverage project management expertise to manage resources (internal and external) for successful initial deployments, establishing appropriate governance and benefit measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure team follows internal delivery best practices.
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical boundaries, building trust.
• Optimize team flow, address issues, and build agile capabilities.
• Lead continual planning processes, extending to post-launch support and benefits realization.
• Identify and rectify issues in team dynamics, provide effective feedback, connect daily work to product vision.
• Understand and contribute to all product delivery phases, collaborating with Customer Success and Product Lead.
• Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.

• Proven experience in Agile project management.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Strong technology understanding, especially in AI/Data Science products.
• Continuous learning mindset.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
