Experienced and motivated Delivery Manager needed to join Dev.Pro to lead the successful delivery of complex, high-impact projects for a global payments technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee large teams, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring smooth stakeholder collaboration.
• Enhance operational efficiency and deliver innovative payment solutions in the retail POS space.
• Lead the full delivery lifecycle (contract negotiation to production), shaping and improving key processes.
• Collaborate with C-level execs, delivery directors, and client stakeholders on impactful initiatives promoting business growth.
• Manage contracts, procurement, and legal aspects; ensuring compliance with client requirements and business goals through effective negotiations and agreement execution.
• Handle financial aspects of delivery (budgeting, forecasting, projections, and billing processes).
• Optimize operational processes across outstaff and outsource teams to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Supervise recruitment and HR functions, driving the creation of client-specific teams aligned with project goals and client needs.
• Build strong relationships with individual and group stakeholders (teams, C-level executives, and client stakeholders).
• Analyze project performance and drive continuous improvements to enhance outcomes.

Skills and Experience Required:

• 5+ years of practical Project Management experience.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience as a Program/Delivery Manager.
• Experience managing delivery for teams of 60+ people.
• Strong SDLC and methodology knowledge, and technical expertise.
• Proven success driving projects from start to finish.
• Hands-on experience in procurement, legal aspects, and contract-to-execution management.
• Financial expertise in budgeting, cost projection, and billing process setup with clients.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, prioritization and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation skills and people management abilities.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
