Responsibilities:
- Team management: task allocation and monitoring of their progress, tracking deadlines and task execution quality.
- Managing the team backlog: evaluation, planning, task prioritization.
- Creating and improving processes within the team.
- Interacting with other teams and internal stakeholders.
- Participation in team assembly, its development, and motivation.

- Creating and maintaining comprehensive team documentation.
Relevant experience: 3+ years in a Delivery Manager role or Project Manager role.
Technical background: Strong technical background.
Stakeholder management: Experience in interacting with stakeholders and managing their expectations.
Expertise in frameworks: Expert in Kanban and Scrum framework and application of it in product management and delivery
Atlassian tools: Practical experience with Atlassian products: Jira, Confluence
BI tools: Practical experience with BI tools
English proficiency: English proficiency at the B2 level or higher.
