Full-Time Delivery Manager – Private Cloud

As a Delivery Manager, you’ll lead delivery teams for a major Private Cloud provider, ensuring successful project execution and managed services.

You’ll develop client relationships, identify growth opportunities in networking, virtualization, OS & Middleware Services (Linux/Windows), automation, cloud native solutions, and observability.

• Leading and developing the delivery team in the Private Cloud domain.
• Building and maintaining strategic relationships with client stakeholders.
• Overseeing project and managed services delivery, ensuring quality and SLA compliance.
• Identifying and driving business development opportunities.
• Monitoring project scope, profitability, and margin contribution.
• Managing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Handling contracts and service agreements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in delivery or service management in cloud or IT infrastructure.
• Proven track record in managing teams and developing business.
• Commercial experience in managing profitability and scope.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and Managed Services operations.
• Understanding of Private Cloud, networking, virtualization, etc.
• Fluent English and Polish.

Additional Skills:

• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• ServiceNow certifications.
• Knowledge of ITOM.
