As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be dedicated to a key client, a major provider of Private Cloud services. You’ll be responsible for leading delivery teams and ensuring the successful execution of both projects and managed services.
You’ll play a crucial role in developing the business relationship with clients by identifying growth opportunities and expanding our service scope in areas such as networking, virtualization, OS & Middleware Services (Linux/Windows), automation, cloud native solutions, and observability.
- Leading and developing the delivery team working for the client in the Private Cloud domain
- Building and maintaining strong strategic relationships with client stakeholders
- Overseeing delivery of projects and managed services, ensuring quality, SLA compliance, and operational excellence
- Identifying and driving business development opportunities within the client organization (upscaling scope and capabilities)
- Monitoring project scope, profitability, and margin contribution
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for assigned teams
- Formal handling of contracts, clauses, and service agreements forming the basis of cooperation with the client
Expectations
- 5+ years of experience in delivery or service management roles in cloud or IT infrastructure
- Proven track record in managing teams and developing business within client accounts
- Commercial experience in managing profitability, scope, and performance in multinational setups
- Practical knowledge of ITIL processes, SLA management, and Managed Services operations
- Business and technical understanding of Private Cloud, networking, virtualization, OS & Middleware Services, automation, cloud native solutions, and observability
- Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken
Additional skills
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Ability to connect technical capabilities with business value and growth opportunities
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or CSM).
- Knowledge of ITOM as a secondary or “nice-to-have” skill.
