Job Details
As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering solutions to one of our key clients. Your responsibilities include understanding client needs, proposing solutions, and managing the team.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Monitoring project scope and client communication
- Managing settlements with clients and team members
- Overseeing resource allocation and utilization
- Leading recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Ensuring adherence to SLA agreements and implementing ITIL-based practices
- Handling contracts with clients
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a similar managerial position
- Experience in managing team performance in a global environment
- Experience in monitoring project profitability
- Practical knowledge of ITIL processes and SLA management
- Fluent English and Polish
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms
Nice to have:
- ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist)
- Knowledge of ITOM
