Full-Time Delivery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Operations Manager.

This role is crucial for supporting delivery excellence and financial performance across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with teams and delivery leadership for smooth operations and data accuracy.
• Plan and monitor resource utilization based on contracts; allocate resources to billable roles.
• Develop, update, and track contracts using SAP.
• Manage and track client project portfolios (budgeting, forecasting, resource planning).
• Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports (internal and client-facing); manage client approval workflows.
• Identify and resolve gaps in time tracking and billing processes.
• Provide operational support to help delivery leadership meet goals.
• Support monthly financial closure, assisting managers with processes and issue resolution.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve billing issues promptly and professionally.
• Create and maintain operational spreadsheets and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders on budget status and delivery health.

Requirements:

• Intermediate English (spoken), Upper-Intermediate (writing)
• 2+ years experience in operational management, analytics, or delivery support
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (a plus)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, data analysis)
• Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously
• Systems thinking (navigating portfolio, project, and team processes)
• Understanding of business communication and professional ethics
