What We're Looking For
As a Delivery Team Lead, you'll manage up to 10 agile delivery professionals (Scrum Masters, Project Managers). You'll ensure successful project delivery to clients, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Champion agile principles, fostering continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor agile team members to deliver exceptional results.
- Coach team members on agile values and techniques.
- Provide strategic guidance on project delivery, leveraging Digital Consumer Experience knowledge.
- Drive innovation and efficiency through agile best practices.
- Monitor risks and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Cultivate strong client relationships for maximum satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced agile certifications preferred.
- 5+ years of delivery management experience focused on agile/scrum.
- Demonstrated agile mindset and successful agile project delivery.
- Strong technical background in Digital Consumer Experience.
- Proven leadership skills to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1) or similar certification desired.
- Experience in agile transformation a plus.
