Full-Time Deltek Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Deltek Consultant to join our team in London, United Kingdom. As a Deltek Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping us optimize our business processes and maximize the value of Deltek software investments.

• Implement and configure Deltek software solutions, including Costpoint, Vision, and Vantagepoint, to meet client requirements
• Analyze clients' business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Deltek software capabilities
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective user adoption of Deltek systems
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients using Deltek software
• Conduct data analysis and generate financial reports to support client decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Deltek software updates and industry best practices
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience working with Deltek software solutions
• Strong knowledge of Deltek Costpoint, Vision, and/or Vantagepoint
• Proven experience in project management and business process analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the professional services industry or government contracting sector
• Deltek certifications are highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
