Full-Time Deployment Manager

The Internal Value Chain for Digital Solutions supports lifecycle teams and affiliates with the commercialization of digital solutions, delivering integrated, efficient, and compliant operational processes & services for all digital solutions across Roche.

This position is part of the IVC Deployment & Support Chapter and responsible for managing affiliate deployments for S2RDP (Subscribe-to-Retire Digital Products) as part of the ASPIRE Dia Deployment Project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ASPIRE Dia and S2RDP solution deployments across designated affiliates and regions.
• Facilitate and run fit-to-template workshops to identify and resolve gaps.
• Oversee and execute comprehensive testing, training, and support activities.
• Coordinate critical technical activities like data migration, cutover, configuration, and localization.
• Drive standardized deployments and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of deployments to affiliates.
• Manage the regional S2RDP deployment team and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years in deployments, business process management, project management, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/Salesforce systems and related business processes.
• Expert knowledge in SMP (Software Monetization Platform) and the digital business at Roche.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
