Full-Time Design Project Manager

AECOM is seeking an experienced Design Project Manager to support the ADA Stations program across the US.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate with external entities (design consultants, host railroads, general contractors, etc.) as Amtrak's representative.
• Provide design guidance to the Designer of Record and enforce Amtrak standards for ADA compliance.
• Coordinate with internal Amtrak departments (Passenger Operations, Engineering, Legal, etc.) and external stakeholders (FRA, municipal authorities).
• Maintain schedules, prepare reports, edit specifications, review change orders, and perform ADA site assessments.
• Prepare scope documents and concept drawings.
• Travel to Amtrak stations nationwide.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Valid US Driver's License.
• US Citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Registered Architect or Professional Engineer.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with the International Building Code, ANSI A117.1, and ADA Guidelines DOTAS 2006.
