Job Details
Installing and Maintaining Campfire’s production, staging and testing environments on AWS cloud, customer promise and internal to Campfire IT
Good communication skills to keep up customer communication in addition to technically supporting them
- This includes, but not limited to, Hardware, networking, and software used by internal employees
Internal IT customer support when needed at the server and PC level
Need to be able to support IT emergencies both internally to Company and customers
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment while also being able to execute work independently
Ability to problem-solve complex issues independently and with a team
Meet project timelines and deadlines while producing high-quality work
Ability to identify the big picture in all components of decision making using the top-down thinking approach

Primary Technical Skills
DevOps: Your primary responsibilities
- Experience and knowledge in the following areas:
- Installing/maintaining Java, Apache, Tomcat, SQL, Open-source software, and tools on Windows OS
- Build tools and build script development (jenkins, Ant scripts, PowerShell, dbdeploy, etc.,)
- Development environment (SVN, Jira, Confluence, Git, Redis, RabitMQ)
- Administering databases on Microsoft SQL Server (database creation, backup, restore, scheduling SQL jobs, etc.,)
- Familiarity with SQL scripts and basic troubleshooting
- Knowledge and experience in deploying web applications
- Knowledge and understanding of protocols and communications (e.g. HTTP/S, FTP/S, SMTP, RDP, SSO, MQ etc.)
- Understanding of development, Testing, Staging, production environments
- Deploy software solutions on internal and customer production servers
- Familiarity with Dockers, Kubernetes
- Working knowledge on Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022
- Ability to trouble shoot problems (OS, application, network environment)
- Familiarity in AWS, EC2, VPC, SG, snapshot backup, SQL backup, etc.
Supporting Technical Skills IT infrastructure: willingness to support on the following areas along with another IT specialist
- Managing Windows servers, Domain server, Hyper-V VM, Could VM
- Office365 portal management, support
- Managing Backup and restore tools, software, and process
- Monitoring Firewalls and security software (e.g. Antivirus, Malware etc.,)
- Coordinating and executing upgrades to network software and hardware
- Administering LAN/WAN security, Antivirus and spam control measure
- Knowledgeable of network protocols, software and hardware involved in LAN/WAN operations
Work Experience
At least 3 years of experience working as an in-house DevOps or IT and network administrator
Educational Experience
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or Equivalent
Any MCSA, MCP, CCNA, AWS certification is a plus
