We aim to help live events thrive. Our platform empowers event promoters to build strong connections with audiences. Our Engineering Team is responsible for the code and infrastructure enabling customers to achieve meaningful results, effortlessly and intuitively.
We process high-volume, real-time data from various integrations (Ticketmaster, Shopify, etc.), manage and query billions of customer data points, and send millions of emails/SMS monthly to clients' customers.
We prioritize delivering the right product iterations quickly and precisely—building Minimum Viable Products, deploying to production frequently, gathering feedback, and refining continuously.
We're seeking a DevOps Engineer to focus on Infrastructure as Code, Security, and Business Continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance stability, resilience, and availability of critical services, minimizing downtime.
- Develop strategies for scalable, repeatable infrastructure, observability, and monitoring supporting growth.
- Be the infrastructure subject matter expert, promoting continuous improvement and guiding other engineers.
- Collaborate on security and compliance initiatives (e.g., SOC2), aligning infrastructure and processes with best practices.
- Define incident management baselines, including metrics and targets, to improve response times.
- Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure and applications (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
- Contribute to strategic direction through insights and recommendations based on industry trends.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6+ years experience in Infrastructure/DevOps/Site Reliability
- 3+ years experience with AWS
- Expertise with Linux, Kubernetes, and containerized services
- Experience scaling complex cloud native environments
- Familiarity with maintaining uptime KPIs
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Atlantis, DataDog, Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, RDS, Grafana, Sentry, Nginx (and other related technologies)

Compensation
$123,600 to $187,900 CAD per year
