Full-Time DevOps Engineer

Your Responsibilities:

1. AWS Infrastructure: Develop, manage, and monitor AWS infrastructure. Design, build, manage, evolve, and scale infrastructure based on business needs. Maintain high security, optimize costs, and monitor metrics for performance, cost, and maintainability. Stay updated on best practices for reliability and security.
2. DevOps Automations: Scale and evolve the CI system. Manage and monitor integrations and automations between software and infrastructure. Improve auto-scaling automation.
3. Team Collaboration: Communicate with development teams and participate in solution-finding discussions, supporting their conception and day-to-day implementation. Participate in on-call shifts.

Your Profile:

• 2-5 years experience as a DevOps/Infrastructure engineer in a fast-growing startup
• Strong AWS, Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform) experience
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, Docker, GNU/Linux, and Github Actions
• Experience with serverless and container orchestration services (ECS, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of Python-based tools (Django, Ansible, Airflow)
• Familiarity with VPN implementations, networking, and common protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, FTP, SSH, etc.), and proxy solutions
• Fluency in English; another language is a plus
• Essential Skills: Communicative, autonomous, proactive, problem-solving abilities, comfortable working on complex projects with large teams

Team & Management:

• Managed by Andrea (Head of Infrastructure), fully remote in Italy.
• Collaborate with Jeremy (DevOps Team Lead), Benjamin, and Adrien.
• Collaborate with SecOps and IT support teams.
