Full-Time DevOps Engineer

Role Summary: As a DevOps Engineer specializing in MLOps and LLM Ops, ensure robust and efficient infrastructure supporting AI-driven speech technology platforms and large language models. Collaborate with machine learning teams to streamline deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of complex models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage scalable, secure infrastructure for TTS, STT, and LLM applications.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment.
• Optimize AI model training, validation, and deployment with ML engineers.
• Monitor and analyze system performance; resolve issues for reliability and efficiency.
• Innovate and implement best practices in cloud technology, containerization, and MLOps/LLM Ops.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in DevOps, focused on MLOps and LLM Ops.
• Proficient with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML/LLM environments.
• Expertise in container technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Strong communication skills for collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years DevOps experience, significant MLOps exposure, preferably LLM Ops.
• Strong Python programming/scripting skills.
• Proven infrastructure management, DevOps, and operations for ML/LLM frameworks.
