Job Details
We're looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to drive automation, scalability, and deployment efficiency across our infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with experience in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and Linux server management and experience with cPanel/WHM environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Manage Linux-based servers and hosting environments, cPanel and WHM.
- Support and improve infrastructure automation (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, custom scripts).
- Monitor system health and optimize for uptime, performance, and cost.
- Collaborate with developers to support smooth code releases and rollbacks.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the web/application stack (Apache, NGINX, PHP, Node, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
- Implement server security measures, SSL certificates, and backups.
- Manage hosting infrastructure powered by cPanel/WHM.
Requirements:
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
- Strong background in Linux systems administration (CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.).
- Understanding of web hosting technologies and protocols (DNS, SMTP, FTP, etc.).
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and infrastructure as code.
- Troubleshooting skills for performance, deployment, and system issues.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus)
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing servers with cPanel/WHM.
- Exposure to WHMCS or similar hosting automation tools.
- Experience deploying applications to cloud providers (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
- Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with staging/blue-green/canary deployment strategies.
