Full-Time DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage PostgreSQL database infrastructure.
• Automate database provisioning using CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune PostgreSQL databases.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams.
• Manage database migrations.
• Develop automation scripts for database tasks.
• Maintain monitoring and alerting for databases.
• Advocate for best practices in security and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with PostgreSQL administration.
• Solid knowledge of backup, recovery, and replication.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automation, and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• Erlang knowledge.
