Full-Time DevOps Engineer (AWS)

Software Mind is seeking a DevOps Engineer (AWS focus). The role involves developing, deploying, monitoring, and securing SaaS products in a multi-cloud environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Management: Building VPCs/VNets, configuring security groups, subnets, hosted zones, IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
2. Access Management: Configuring authentication (SAML/OIDC), managing AD/Entra ID.
3. Environment Support: Providing internal/external customer support, troubleshooting complex issues, resolving performance issues.
4. CI/CD: Deploying software to production, leveraging source control, CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
5. Observability: Collecting, visualizing, and analyzing logs/metrics.
6. Security: Securely publishing cloud apps.
7. Reliability: Resolving issues to meet SLAs.
8. Cost Management: Building cost-efficient solutions.

Skills & Requirements:

• 90%+ English written/oral (B2 level)
• 3-5 years CloudOps/DevOps experience with PaaS/SaaS
• Proficient in AWS services (Lambdas, Glue, EKS, Key Management, App Services, Storage)
• System/Network architecture knowledge
• Terraform, CI/CD Pipelines experience
• Problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience
• Python, Ansible, PowerShell skills
• Kubernetes, YAML, Helm experience
• Git proficiency
• AWS DevOps expertise
• Docker experience
• Eastern US working hours availability
• On-call availability
