Full-Time DevOps Engineer (AWS focus)

• Infrastructure Management: Networking (VPCs/VNets), security groups, subnets, hosted zones, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Access Management: SAML/OIDC, Windows Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Environment Support: Internal developer and external production support, troubleshooting complex issues.
• CI/CD: Deploy software to production, source control, CD pipelines.
• Observability: Monitor health via logs/metrics, implement alerting.
• Security: Secure cloud apps, comply with security frameworks.
• Reliability: Resolve issues within SLAs, design resilient solutions.
• Cost Management: Build cost-efficient solutions, optimize resource utilization.

• 90+% English written and oral (B2 level).
• 3-5 years CloudOps/DevOps experience supporting PaaS/SaaS environments.
• Proficient in AWS cloud services (Lambdas, Glue, EKS, Key Management, App Services, Storage Accounts).
• Understanding system and network architecture.
• Experience automating legacy processes in AWS.
• Experience with Terraform, application/infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Agile methodology and Scrum/Kanban experience.
• Experience with Python and Ansible.
• Skilled in PowerShell, Kubernetes, YAML, and Helm.
• Strong documentation skills and proficiency in Git.
• Experience with AWS DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Docker.
• Availability for Eastern US working hours and on-call shifts.

• API management experience.
• Expertise with identity federation (SAML, OIDC, Okta).
• Understanding Firewall, Encryption, IDS/IPS, AV tools.
• Hands-on experience with Configuration Management (Puppet, Chef, & Ansible).
• Experience with Infrastructure Monitoring, APM, Log aggregation tools.
• MLOps experience.
• Expertise in SQL and data warehouse solutions.
• Crossover experience with Azure DevOps.
