Purpose: DevOps Engineer Professional is responsible for the entire lifecycle of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines and Infrastructure as Code approaches. Takes account and defines automated configuration management, release management, build, test, and deployment activities. Provides prototypes and concepts for further automation of assigned technology.
The Cloud Application Operation Team is responsible for the efficient and reliable operation of cloud-native applications. With Kubernetes as a core technology, key responsibilities include managing and optimizing Kubernetes clusters for application deployment and scaling.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Design, develop, test, and implement infrastructure for CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage source code, configuration management, release management, build, and deployment activities.
- Setup and manage integration with partner applications.
- Conduct performance analyses and tuning as well as error analyses and troubleshooting.
- Consult and implement new innovative technologies.
- Create concepts for further automation of services, processes, and/or operating models.
- Support project teams in development, quality assurance, and implementation of product releases.
- Optimize development and system infrastructure.
- Provide consulting and Proof of Concept solutions.
- Research and develop in assigned technology, determine business requirements, propose changes, and prepare implementation plans.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE:
- Master’s degree in Information Technologies
- 5 years experience (ICT System)
IT Technical Skills:
- Scripting (Bash, Python) - Expert
- Linux Operating System - Expert
- Docker - Expert
- Kubernetes / OpenShift - Advanced
- Git - Expert
- Jenkins / GitLab - Advanced
- Ansible / Terraform / Puppet - Advanced
- ELK / Prometheus / Icinga / Jaeger / Grafana - Advanced
- Networking - Expert
- Security - Advanced
- Experience in cloud environment / cloud technologies (Azure or AWS or GCP or comparable Private Cloud)
- Experience with databases in container deployments (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis or others)
- Experience with proxy (NGINX)
- Experience automation CI/CD and GitOps (ArgoCD or Flux)
