Full-Time Devops et Supervision Back / Front

Consultant Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and test new product features.
• Contribute to technical product specifications and define client-requested changes.
• Participate in technology choices, reducing technical debt and fixing bugs.
• Contribute to architectural evolution and service level reliability.
• Enhance and secure microservice deliveries (CI/CD) and their Kubernetes deployments.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and robustness by applying best practices: XP, code review, pair programming, TDD, etc.
• Establish or improve application and service monitoring.
• Engage in agile team rituals and client onboarding workshops on the product.
• Propose improvements and product orientations.
• Maintain operational product conditions (infrastructure / system) to achieve operational excellence.
• Participate in team on-call support (approximately once every 5-6 weeks).

Requirements:

• DevOps & Craftsmanship Culture.
• 5+ years experience.
• Minimum 4 years experience as a Java developer / DevOps Engineer.
• Expertise in Spring Boot / TDD or BDD / Craftsmanship (required).
• Proficiency in Ansible, Terraform, Cloud Providers (Azure / GCP).
• Understanding of cloud and DevOps concepts, Agile culture.
• Experience with CI/CD Jenkins and/or GitLab CI (required).
• Kubernetes administration for deployments and Docker (required).
• Strong knowledge of REST architectures, Microservices, and Docker (required).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (desirable).
• Passionate about innovation and quickly adapting to new technologies.

Technical Environment:

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
