Full-Time DevOps Team Lead

• Leading and mentoring DevOps and SRE engineers.
• Driving strategic evolution of infrastructure.
• Coordinating collaboration between DevOps, Architecture, and Development teams.
• Shaping DevOps/SRE culture and standards.
• Championing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
• Building and maintaining hybrid environments across AWS and on-premises infrastructure.
• Ensuring infrastructure security and compliance.
• Managing high-availability systems operating at 99.9%+ uptime.
• Participating in on-call rotations and leading incident reviews.

• 5+ years in DevOps or related roles, with 2+ years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience with AWS (must-have).
• Experience working in hybrid environments (cloud and on-premises) is highly valued.
• Strong background in high-availability systems and resilient infrastructure design.
• Strong command of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with ArgoCD & FluxCD or GitLab CI/CD.
• Advanced proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, and scripting languages (Python, Go, Bash).
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Experience implementing monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, OpenSearch, PagerDuty).
• Solid understanding of cloud security and compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to lead or mentor teams and coordinate complex projects.
• Visionary leadership skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability in fast-paced technological landscapes.
• Deep sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience with fintech/trading-related products is preferred.
• Fluent English.
