About us: Holafly is a fast-growing startup changing how travelers connect to the internet abroad. We're looking for an experienced DevOps/SRE Engineer to help us keep growing. We seek team players with initiative and problem-solving skills.
Team presentation: You'll join our Cloud Engineering & Security team. We prioritize camaraderie and continuous improvement. We're committed to developing optimal GCP architectures.
What will you do?
- 1 Month: Get to know the team, projects, and stakeholders. Familiarize yourself with corporate procedures, start contributing, and proposing improvements.
- 3 Months: Gain autonomy, work independently, help colleagues, and contribute to project evolution.
- 6 Months: Manage projects/initiatives, interact with stakeholders, and propose solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Help colleagues with high-availability platforms.
- Participate in validation, architecture proposals, and risk identification.
- Resolve incidents.
- Develop tools for task automation.
- Document and improve procedures.
- Interact with other departments.
- Manage partner teams.
- Monitor projects technically and economically.
- Guide colleagues in professional development.
What do we expect?

- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 minimum).
Technical background and skills:
- 5+ years IT experience
- 3+ years Google Cloud Platform experience
- Advanced Linux administration
- Docker + Kubernetes
- Git
- Web servers (Nginx, Apache)
- Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Bash and Python programming
- Terraform
- Advanced GCP knowledge
Certifications are valuable.

- Contractor contract (1800 hours annually)
- Salary: €60k - €100k (base) + up to 10% variable
- Training: Paid courses & certifications, continuous training platforms, €500/year for courses/books/trips
- Vacation: 24 days PTO + company holidays
- Schedule: Time flexibility (central hours required 11:00-15:00 GMT+1)
- Telework: Fully remote.
