Full-Time DevSecOps Engineer

• ServiceNow Ticket Management: Triage, respond to, and resolve daily ServiceNow requests. Ensure timely updates and closure of tickets with clear documentation.
• Access Provisioning & Governance: Manage user and group access to GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Nexus. Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and enforce least privilege principles. Audit and maintain access logs.
• Platform Administration: Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and configuration of DevOps tools. Monitor system health and performance; troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Security & Compliance: Apply DevSecOps principles to ensure secure configurations and vulnerability management. Support internal audits and implement remediation actions as needed. Maintain compliance with organizational and federal security standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS or other technical field.
• Proven experience administering GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Nexus in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Familiarity in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) a plus.
• Experience with both Linux and Windows system administration.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server roles.
• Knowledge of access control models and identity management.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
