Full-Time DevSecOps Engineer

You will be part of our DOD DevSecOps practice and will be primarily working on building solutions involving maintenance and automation of CI/CD, security, and other COTS tooling.

You will be primarily working with Kubernetes and the surrounding K8s ecosystem. You will be responsible for providing design and implementation expertise on Kubernetes for DevSecOps solutions built in the cloud.

You will also be involved in customer onboarding activities and designing paths to production for various DOD customers using a variety of technologies.

You will implement rapid Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Pilots of new capabilities to demonstrate the feasibility of new solutions.

You will present solutions to stakeholders to educate them and assist in decision-making regarding the use of appropriate technologies.

You will develop Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) processes and pipelines to deliver higher-quality software at a greater speed.

You will manage Kubernetes environments and orchestrate deployments via GitOps (such as FluxCD or ArgoCD).

You will implement security and compliance baselines.

You will implement multi-stage pipelines with integration of SAST/DAST tools.

You will have hands-on experience with DevOps tools including Jira, GitLab, and CI/CD.

You will integrate security solutions into CI/CD pipelines.

You will work in Agile environments with multiple development teams.

You will effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) to provide solutions and presentations.

You will possess basic cloud (AWS or Azure) administration skills and intermediate Kubernetes administration skills.
