Contractor Digital Acquisition Analyst (Contract)

Work Details: 6-month contract with remote flexibility based in Metro Manila, potential to extend.

Contract Work Scope:

• Campaign Management & Optimizations: Monitor ad account performance (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads, etc.), run tests, implement optimizations, track budget and KPI delivery.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct deep-dive data analysis, provide actionable insights, prepare reports. Track acquisition metrics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in meetings, coordinate with internal teams, support integrated planning initiatives.
• Document campaign audits and maintain clear process documentation.

Other Duties & Responsibilities: Support vendor acquisition or channel expansion projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience in Digital Acquisition or Digital Marketing.
• Minimum of one (1) year proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (must-have)
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of additional platforms such as Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools, tracking, and attribution platforms will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable starting work as early as 6AM Manila time.

Status: Contractual, home-based job, full-time, dedicated work daily. No benefits.

Rate: USD 5.61 hourly, paid weekly via Upwork
