Contractor Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented Freelance Project Manager to join our team and pilot a new venture. If you are an all-rounder with a passion for learning and taking on new challenges, this is the opportunity for you.

Time Commitment:  5 days per week. You can choose the days according to your availability.

Work Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our CEO to develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, ensuring the project consistently moves forward.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of the project team, including content writers, social media freelancers, and designers, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality control.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance the quality of work and align outputs with the project's goals.
• Build landing pages and a members-only content hub using our digital platform (training will be provided).
• Set up and manage marketing initiatives, including Facebook ads, email marketing, and tracking (training available if needed).
• Prepare regular progress reports for the CEO, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and areas requiring attention.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a startup or venture development environment.
• 3+ years experience in digital marketing.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for project management, content creation, and marketing (e.g., Notion, WordPress, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Eagerness to learn new skills and take on responsibilities beyond the traditional marketing role.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
