Contractor Digital Outreach and Engagement Coordinator

This is a remote position with flexible hours between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm CST, Monday through Saturday, totaling 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Create and publish engaging text posts, images, and videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Run online fundraising promotions and challenges.
• Monitor and respond to online engagement, fostering positive interactions.
• Foster relationships with online followers and identify creative users.
• Communicate with community partners, program members, and donors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach and content with organizational goals.
• Communicate issues and concerns to the management team.
• Track performance metrics using web and social media analytics.
• Prepare and present reports on outreach efforts and social media performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and digital content creation across platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva and short-form video editing.
• Strong communication and community engagement skills.
• Analytical skills with experience using social media insights and web analytics.
• Collaborative and organized mindset.

Highly Regarded:

• Knowledge of Descript’s platform.
• Previous experience with nonprofits and fundraising.
• Awareness of disability community issues and ableism.
