Digital Project Management Office (PMO) is a robust project solutions support team implementing the Digital standardized project management methodology to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in project delivery, focusing on proactive risk management and optimal resource allocation to align projects with strategic business goals.

This remote team consists of US and India-based members.

Project Coordinator role at a Senior Analyst level will oversee and manage planning, execution, and closing of various projects within the organization. Excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are required.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide support and coordination to projects ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
2. Coordinate and manage end-to-end project delivery.
3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
4. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
5. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
6. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
7. Ensure adherence to project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
8. Ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery.
9. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
