As the Digital Product Manager, you'll be the key link between Global Field Marketing leaders and the Digital Experience team. Your focus will be on building relationships, gathering, and prioritizing needs from regional field marketing teams (AMS, EMEA, APAC). You'll also ensure clear communication about the Digital Experience team's roadmap, launches, and progress.
You'll provide analytical insights on global regional site performance using tools like Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and PowerBI, enabling data-driven improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Primary contact between Global Field Marketing and Digital Experience teams, fostering strong communication.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from regional field marketing teams.
- Communicate Digital Experience roadmap, launches, and progress.
- Analyze and share global regional site performance insights.
- Develop executive-level presentations.
- Manage operational processes (meetings, reports).
- Advocate for field marketing needs in future roadmaps.
- Support strategies for enhancing field marketing satisfaction.
- Understand demand generation, lead flow, and tools like Marketo to align Digital Experience with marketing outcomes.
- Collaborate with executive marketing, partner marketing, and industry-specific teams to ensure alignment.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in product management, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of field marketing and global business operations.
- General understanding of demand generation and tools like Marketo.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in a global context, managing diverse regional needs (AMS, EMEA, APAC).
- Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and PowerBI.
- Strong operational skills and experience in setting up processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (PMP a plus).
- Experience in executive marketing, partner marketing, and/or industry-specific strategies.
