Lead Planning: Define product vision and strategy aligned with digital priorities, informed by quantitative insights, customer pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Translate strategy into a multi-quarter (3+ year) product roadmap. Define key product success metrics, ensure instrumentation, and lead with data-driven insights. Develop an experimentation plan for testing, learning, and iteration.
Collaborate with Research, Design, Copy, Analytics, Engineering, Localization, Accessibility, SEO, and other ServiceNow stakeholders to ensure cross-functional perspectives and priorities are reflected in the strategy. Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of your product to achieve customer and business goals, ensuring seamless digital experiences across all customer touchpoints.
Drive Execution: Gather, prioritize, define, and translate requirements into executable epics and features. Manage and own the product lifecycle end-to-end, including data monitoring, experience iterations, and stakeholder feedback loops.
Head Communication: Be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for your product area, from intake to launch. Establish and maintain relationships with Product Managers across scrum teams to manage dependencies. Create and maintain documentation: product area lifecycle management guidelines, product strategy deck, stakeholder list, KPIs, etc.
Represent the team with partners and senior company leaders to align resources and prioritization.
Requirements for Success: Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. Passion for building great user experiences across web & mobile. 3-5 years of product management experience in B2B Enterprise, preferably. Collaboration: Lead collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Product Marketing, Design, Analytics, Publishing, and Digital Platform teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for communications regarding product status, progress, and ROI.
Skills & Experience: Define requirements, user experience & functional specifications. Growth mindset. Content Management experience a plus. Big picture thinking with business acumen & critical thinking. Strong oral & written communication skills, ability to articulate business implications. Self-starter, self-disciplined, collaborative, and a team player in diverse teams to drive business outcomes. Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction & self-training. Ability to work in an international, fast-growing environment.
