Full-Time Digital Project Manager

We are seeking a Mid-Level Digital Project Manager with 2-3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects from initiation to launch and post-launch.
• Understand business context, goals, and success factors.
• Manage timelines, client satisfaction, team engagement, and project profitability.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Project manage websites, videos, apps, branding, and campaigns.
• Work with team leads to determine budgets, expenses, deliverables, and resources.
• Protect agency interests, including staff and contractor allocation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Implement client approval processes.
• Manage project profitability and burn rates.
• Prepare estimates, statements of work, proposals, purchase orders, and reports.
• Ensure project administration tasks are in order.
• Facilitate meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Drive new business opportunities and participate in pitches.
• Solve problems and collaborate with staff and vendors.
• Convey client feedback to internal teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related items.
• Oversee quality of project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Participate in internal project status meetings.
• Reconcile project billing.
• Monitor new technologies and digital best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years experience in agency project management.
• Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects.
• Strong client interface and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., Drupal, WordPress).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience working with creative and technology teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Mac OS knowledge.
• Some travel may be required.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Basecamp, Smartsheets).

Salary: $70,000-$90,000 (based on experience)

Work Hours: 9am-6pm PST/10am-7pm EST
