Digital Project Manager
Lead Seamless Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process to ensure successful project start.
Define & Manage Project Scope: Work with internal teams and clients to establish clear deliverables, expectations, and timelines.
Own Project Timelines: Manage schedules in Asana to ensure milestone achievement and on-track deliverables.
Oversee Digital Execution: Manage website, landing page, plugin, and marketing campaign production.
Ensure Clear Communication: Keep clients informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with designers, developers, SEO specialists, and marketing teams to align efforts.
Identify & Resolve Roadblocks: Proactively address issues and escalate necessary situations.
Ensure Quality & Accuracy: Conduct quality checks and pre-launch testing for flawless execution.
Train & Support Clients: Provide training and documentation to assist clients in managing digital assets.
Optimize Workflows: Continuously improve onboarding and project management processes through metric tracking.
Must-Have Qualifications
2-4 years experience in project management, digital marketing, or website development.
Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills in a digital environment.
Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, or Monday.com).
Nice-to-Have's:
Experience managing client-facing projects in agencies or digital services environments.
Familiarity with CMS (WordPress, GoHighLevel), marketing automation, and analytics tools.
