The Role Solutions Consultants/Architects design and implement solutions for clients, ensuring efficient onboarding. They focus on unlocking client value, advising on financial instrument modeling and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate technical and industry expertise for onboarding users and data.
- Deliver high-value outcomes aligned with client expectations, transitioning to best practices.
- Manage expectations internally and externally throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prioritize and manage simultaneous projects.
- Communicate project health and status to leadership.
- Improve processes and tools to meet growing client needs.
- Develop scalable processes, templates, and methodologies to minimize project effort.
- Lead delivery assurance for external engagements.
- Be an expert on Addepar's platform.
- Own historical data conversions.
Who You Are:
- Strong project management experience preferred.
- Prior client-facing experience a plus.
- Superior communication, organizational, and time-management skills required.
- Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies.
- Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Independent, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for client communication.
- Passion for technology and finance.
- Occasional travel possible.
Compensation
A competitive market-based compensation package including base salary ($74,000 - $116,000), bonus, equity, and benefits is offered.
Additional Details
- Professional experience in Project management, Financial Services, or Consulting is preferred.
- Prior client-facing experience is a plus
- Experience with programming/scripting (Python) is a bonus
- Experience with Salesforce is a bonus.
