Full-Time Director, AI Marketing Analytics

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven marketing analytics solutions.
• Build and iterate on agentic AI solutions using coding languages and packages.
• Champion the use of agentic AI intelligence to enhance campaign targeting and personalization.
• Drive the development of new analytical products and services using Big Data platforms and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on credit bureau data, marketing attribution, and predictive modeling.
• Collaborate with partners across Marketing, Product, and Technology.
• Oversee the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in production environments.
• Present insights and strategies to senior leadership and external clients.
• Translate business requirements into actionable AI solutions.

• Demonstrated expertise in marketing analytics and modeling within consumer lending or financial services.
• 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, Spark, and modern AI agent frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
• Hands-on expertise in building agentic AI systems.
