Job Details
Company Overview We were unsatisfied with the current state of the pharmaceutical industry. Most pharmaceuticals offer a one-size-fits-all approach, often with unwanted side effects. We found that compounding allows a more personalized solution. We've helped patients get the results they need. After years in corporate chains, we opened Strive Pharmacy. We are dedicated to better experiences for customers and clinics. Come see the Strive difference. Our Mission We're flipping the script with personal medicine. We strive to interrupt an industry closed to personalized care, accessibility, and nuance. We strive to shift a reactive view of self-care and ignite a proactive health approach for all. ‘The human element’ is our crux and catalyst. We partner with those ready for a change. More than a compounding pharmacy, we're on a mission to disrupt healthcare. Position Overview We seek a strategic, analytical leader as Director of Analytics. The role oversees analytics strategies for all departments, driving data-informed decisions. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, business acumen, and experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analytics function, aligning data initiatives with organizational goals.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify KPIs and develop dashboards for operational and financial performance.
- Oversee the design and maintenance of data pipelines and reporting systems to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and security.
- Develop automated tools and dashboards for real-time decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements through analytical monitoring and reporting.
- Lead and mentor a team of data professionals (data analysts and data engineers).
- Promote a culture of analytical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in analytics, 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker), Excel, and SQL; ETL/ELT tools (DBT).
- Python experience a plus.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare (ideally compounding pharmacy operations).
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
Annual Salary $160,000 - $200,000 USD
Benefits Employer-paid healthcare after 30 days, FSA/HSA choice, new-hire scrubs, parental leave, 401(k) with matching, and weekends/holidays off. Free compounded meds for employees and immediate family.
