Job Details
The Customer Excellence Group is seeking a Director to lead the strategy and execution for enabling a high-performing partner ecosystem. This role focuses on delivering AI-first, autonomous implementations of ServiceNow products at customer scale. The goal is to compress time-to-first-meaningful-use, accelerate adoption, and improve renewal outcomes.

Must be able to travel up to 50% annually.
Responsibilities:
- Stand up the SI scale motion with Global Partners & Channels.
- Build partner enablement materials for Autonomous implementations.
- Orchestrate internal partners to create unified playbooks.
- Institute partner readiness gates and QA checkpoints.
- Build and lead a global team with clear KPIs and OKRs.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years in partner ecosystem strategy and programs in enterprise software.
- Ability to operationalize partner capabilities for emerging offers.
- Executive and customer-facing communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and program execution.
- Experience driving AI-first implementation initiatives.
- Cross-functional leadership with Product, Engineering, Sales, Services, Risk/Legal/Security.
Preferred:
- Enterprise Implementation experience.
- Prior ServiceNow partner ecosystem experience.
Must be able to travel up to 50% annually.
