About your tasks:
Define and execute the AI and data science strategy, aligning it with business goals.
Lead and develop teams of data scientists, ML, and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Drive the development of AI-powered solutions to improve customer experience and optimize internal processes.
Ensure scalability, performance, and governance of AI models in production.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
Keep up with the latest advancements in AI and data science, ensuring Redcare Pharmacy remains at the forefront of innovation.
About you:
MSc/ Ph.D. in Data Science, (Business) Analytics, Computer Science, Maths, Statistics, Physics, (Industrial) Engineering or related natural sciences / technical degree.
At least 7 years of extensive experience in data science, AI, and machine learning, including leading teams in this space.
5+ years of experience as a people manager forming high-performing teams in the area of Data Science, ML, and AI.
You showcase a track record of effectively leading strategic data science & AI projects, managing diverse teams and stakeholders, resulting in successful outcomes.
Proven ability to define AI strategies and deliver impactful solutions.
Experience in building AI-driven products and managing end-to-end ML pipelines.
A strong communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into business value.
