ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Leadership - Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the organization's long-term goals.
- Strategic Leadership - Create strategic roadmaps that outline the digital journey over several years, ensuring alignment with business priorities and emerging technologies.
- Program Oversight - Lead multiple transformation programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Program Oversight - Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management across all digital initiatives.
- Change Management - Foster a culture of innovation and agility by addressing resistance to change and guiding teams through transitions.
