Full-Time Director, Digital Transformations & Program Management

Director of Digital Transformations, Program Management is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and success of cross-functional digital transformation initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the organization's long-term goals.
2. Create strategic roadmaps that outline the digital journey.
3. Lead multiple transformation programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
4. Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
5. Foster a culture of innovation and agility.
6. Communicate the vision effectively to stakeholders.
7. Act as a liaison between senior executives, IT teams, and other key stakeholders.
8. Facilitate communication among diverse teams.
9. Define KPIs to measure the success of digital initiatives.
10. Continuously assess program outcomes.

REQUIRED:

• 10+ years in program management or leadership roles.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale transformation projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) are preferred.
