As a member of the DT PMO team, you will be instrumental in delivering innovative and cutting-edge technologies and products to market. We are a team, supporting each other and celebrating successes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business, product, and technology leaders on high-visibility, mission-critical programs.
- Drive programs from concept to implementation.
- Establish program intake, prioritization, OKR alignment, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalate impediments.
- Provide clear and concise communication to all stakeholders, business sponsors, and vendors.
- Generate data requirements for actionable insights.
- Ensure adherence to processes, quality standards, and deliverables for predictable program delivery.
- Facilitate collaboration across executive meetings and cross-functional events.
- Identify improvements to SDLC processes.
- Create and maintain process documentation.
- Analyze trends and data, creating reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Define and operationalize governance and operating models.
- Conduct regular release working stream, operating & steer committee meetings.
- Coach scrum teams on daily meetings, planning, self-organization, collaboration, and iterative development.
- Apply Scaled Agile (SAFe) or Agile digital execution and communication.
- Help executing teams define and prioritize backlogs, including creating epics and stories.
- Work with product leaders to transform vision to roadmaps.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 15+ years experience as a Portfolio/Program Manager in an enterprise software company, managing highly complex initiatives.
- Experience managing products, programs, or services in the digital customer experience or digital learning space.
- Ability to map teams to plans in complex environments.
- Creation of execution frameworks and process governance (Agile, Kanban, SAFe, Scrum, Scrumban, Hybrid).
- Experience defining business objectives, OKRs, and KPIs.
- Value mapping & value realization experience.
- Driving strategic planning and execution with product management, engineering, and operations teams.
- Strong decision-making and data-driven decision skills.
- Lean program management experience.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment.
- Experience with AI integration.
- Experience using the ServiceNow platform (preferred).
- Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
- Presenting program plans and status to large audiences (in person, virtual, and via webinars).
- Problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations.
- Willingness to take on tasks outside scope.
Compensation: $189,200 - $331,100 base pay, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
