1. Oversee the development of medical and scientific content for promotional materials (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, presentations).
2. Ensure scientific accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry regulations.
3. Lead and mentor a team of medical writers, providing guidance for high-quality output.
4. Manage workload distribution and ensure timely project delivery.
5. Review and approve medical content to maintain quality and accuracy.
6. Implement and maintain quality control processes.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on medical writing projects.
8. Understand client needs and provide strategic medical writing support.
9. Stay updated on regulatory guidelines and ensure content compliance.
10. Provide training to the team on regulatory requirements and best practices.

Qualifications
