Full-Time Director of Business Systems - Remote

• Strategic Leadership & Roadmap: Partner with executives to translate needs into a strategic roadmap. Define a clear vision for business systems aligned with company priorities.
• Systems Architecture & Execution: Streamline quote-to-cash processes by enhancing Salesforce, integrating tools, and automating workflows. Improve tools like Salesforce and Zendesk with AI to support client onboarding and customer health.
• AI & Emerging Technologies: Develop PayNearMe’s enterprise AI tooling strategy to maximize business value. Evaluate and implement AI-powered solutions.
• Team Building & Management: Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of systems architects and developers. Establish best practices for project management and systems governance.
• Change Management & Enablement: Develop change management strategies to drive adoption of new tools. Build training plans to maximize user engagement.
• Data & Analytics Alignment: Build systems that improve real-time visibility into key business metrics. Partner with data leadership to ensure systems feed high-quality data.

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of technical program management experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Fluency with the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Strong communication and executive presence.
