Full-Time Director of Executive Experiences

Events are critical to ServiceNow's success in fostering connections and building relationships. The Director of Executive Experiences will curate and execute high-impact events that reflect ServiceNow's excellence and values.

Responsibilities include leading event strategy, planning, and execution for executive events like Knowledge and World Forum.

You'll collaborate with senior executives, partner with internal stakeholders, and oversee the entire event lifecycle.

This role demands significant event management expertise, a keen eye for design, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Experience designing unique experiences for executive audiences is essential.

Key Tasks:

• Develop and manage event strategies for executive gatherings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define event objectives and formats.
• Lead planning and execution of executive events.
• Develop strategies aligning with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Oversee logistics (venue, catering, AV, transportation).
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executives and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Curate memorable experiences for executive audiences, incorporating trends and innovation.
