We are seeking a Director of Operational Excellence to lead and expand the impact of the Coach Quality & Operations function. This role will shape the future of coaching, building scalable systems for operational growth while ensuring exceptional learning experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and scale multi-disciplinary teams, setting vision and direction for coaching frameworks, resources, processes, and quality standards. Drive excellence and operational scalability.
- Champion best-in-class quality assurance through robust evaluation, feedback, and continuous improvement systems.
- Oversee domain quality, ensuring operational readiness and high-quality execution for learning products and SKUs.
- Optimize operational processes, resource planning, and technology integration for scalability and innovation.
- Oversee training, onboarding, and upskilling for coaches to ensure sustainable growth.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a diverse team of leaders and subject matter experts, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Leverage data, insights, and analytics to identify root causes, streamline operations, drive best practices, and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Delivery Operations, Learning & Tech, and business leaders to align strategy and ensure goals are achieved.
- Oversee large-scale change management efforts, ensuring clear communication and measuring success.
- Enhance the visibility and influence of coaches and teams, establishing Multiverse as a leader in coaching excellence.
About You:10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.
Deep expertise in coaching, learning & development.
Demonstrated success leading and developing multi-disciplinary teams.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership.
Proven ability to drive large-scale strategic operational improvement.
Highly analytical, data-driven problem-solver.
Experience leading operational scale-up, process redesign, and technology integration.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: coaching, learning & development, or education operations experience, and a strong understanding of adult learning and professional coaching best practices.
