The Opportunity
We're looking for a player-coach to lead our Project Management team of 5 to 10 PMs who orchestrate hyper-personalized email programs. You'll split your time between hands-on project leadership and coaching a team that delivers data-driven results.
You'll report directly to our SVP of Delivery Operations with a dotted line to the SVP, Managing Director.

What You'll Do
- Own multiple concurrent projects with complex scopes.
- Create timelines, maintain project plans, and identify risks.
- Apply the right methodology for each engagement.
- Monitor project health and profitability.
- Lead and develop your team.
- Drive process improvements.
- Support hiring and strategic initiatives.
Who You Are
You're comfortable in the weeds and at 30,000 feet. You use data to make decisions and create structure. You give direct feedback, and your team can count on you. You foster accountability, learning, and teamwork.
Must-Have Experience
- 6+ years of project management experience in agile environments (agency, consulting, or digital marketing)
- 2+ years managing teams of 5 or more direct reports
- Deep expertise in email marketing
- Hands-on experience with project portfolio management (PPM) tools and enterprise email service providers (ESPs)
- Based in NYC and available for in-person collaboration
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Financial services sector experience
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
- Experience with Movable Ink
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
- You've built strong relationships with your team and key stakeholders.
- You're managing major client projects hands-on.
- You've identified process improvements.
