Full-Time Director of Services

Director of Services is responsible for managing all service-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all service personnel, processes, and initiatives.
• Oversee the Services Department and lead the team.
• Responsible for all aspects of service delivery (design, strategy, operations, transition, and service scope).
• Address daily service operations issues (estimation, allocation, budgeting, execution).
• Develop internal and external processes to support service goals.
• Ensure implementation of SOPs supporting service models.
• Monitor departmental performance indicators.
• Design the strategy to meet departmental objectives.
• Work with senior executives to fulfill organizational objectives.
• Improve current service offerings.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of services.
• Select optimal service technologies.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulations.
• Maintain business understanding (objectives, mission, strategy, competition, technology, culture).
• Supervise the department and ensure successful task performance.
• Lead and develop a high-performance team.
• Participate in annual departmental budget development and cost/productivity analyses.

Experience: 3-5 years of senior leadership in software consulting/technology services, with proven success in team leadership and service delivery.

Skills:

• Cross-functional understanding of financial implications.
• Strategic focus on risk management.

Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or related field.

Language: C1 English proficiency.
