Full-Time Director of Transformation

Director of Transformation Management drives end-to-end delivery of key work streams:

1. Operational Tools development and operationalization
2. Ops Readiness for new Peacock features
3. Executive Communication and Reporting
4. Ad Hoc Strategic initiatives

Works closely with Product, Architecture, and Technical Teams. Facilitates internal and external meetings, planning, scheduling, requirements gathering, validation, documentation, and communication.

Ideal candidate will work well with multi-disciplinary teams, strives for continuous improvement, resolves conflicts, possesses strong relational leadership skills, detailed management, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of Technical and Operational Program Managers.
• Deeply understand Peacock Global Operations' business and technical strategy.
• Develop KPIs to measure program effectiveness and high-quality, metrics-driven program delivery.
• Partner with product, architecture, engineering, and operations teams.
• Navigate diverse stakeholder groups, forming trusted relationships.
• Define and manage operating rhythms for Engineering org.
• Influence leaders and teams to effect change.
• Identify and proactively manage program risk.
• Develop succinct, high-impact executive communication.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in managing engineering or operational programs.
• Experience leading and mentoring TPMs.
• Excellent cross-group collaboration and conflict management.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Project and/or program management experience.

Compensation: $160,000 - $210,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible).
