Full-Time Director of Transformation

Director of Transformation Management drives end-to-end delivery of key work streams: 1) Operational Tools development and operationalization; 2) Ops Readiness for new Peacock features; 3) Executive Communication and Reporting; 4) Ad Hoc Strategic initiatives. Works closely with Product, Architecture, and Technical Teams, facilitating meetings, planning, scheduling, requirements gathering, validation, documentation, and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of Technical and Operational Program Managers.
• Deeply understand Peacock Global Operations’ business and technical strategy, driving high-impact programs.
• Develop KPIs to measure program effectiveness, establishing frameworks for quality, metrics-driven delivery.
• Partner with product, architecture, engineering, and operations teams for alignment, prioritization, and decision-making.
• Navigate diverse stakeholders, forming and maintaining trusted relationships.
• Define and manage operating rhythms for Engineering org (planning, program management, partnership syncs).
• Influence leaders and teams to effect change across Peacock operations.
• Identify and proactively manage program risk, preventing past mistakes.
• Develop succinct, impactful executive communication for transparency.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years managing engineering or operational programs, designing large-scale or complex technical initiatives.
• Experience leading and mentoring TPMs.
• Excellent cross-group collaboration and conflict management.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
• Project/program management experience leading cross-functional, global teams.

Salary: $160,000 - $210,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible).
